ISO 9001:2015 is the conceptual further development of ISO 9001:2008. It is now even more oriented on the TQM conception, it is much more user-friendly than the previous version and is removed from partly questionable documentation requirements. The aim of this standard is not to establish a quality management as a parallel world in the organization, but to implement a management system, which can really be “lived”. In many publications on this new ISO it is announced that the standard would have changed completely. This is ultimately wrong! In fact, the structure, i.e. construction, has changed. This so-called “High Level Structure” was implemented during the adaptation phase of different standards. This greatly simplifies the implementation of an integrated management system (IMS).
In this workshop, you will learn about the structure and content of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The implementation or application of the requirements of this standard is presented and practiced. After attending this workshop, you will feel fit for the practical application.
